Orion Automation d.o.o. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the CoreTask CMMS mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Personal Data: While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"), including but not limited to: Email address, First name and last name, and Organization name.
Usage Data: We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used. This may include information such as your device's IP address, browser type, and time spent in the application.
2. Camera and Device Permissions
To provide full functionality, our application requires access to certain features on your mobile device:
Camera: CoreTask CMMS requires access to your device's camera to allow you to take and upload photos directly into maintenance tasks, equipment logs, or service reports.
Storage/Photos: We require access to your device’s photo library or storage to upload previously saved images into the system.
Usage: We do not access these features without your explicit permission, and we do not collect or store any images unless you choose to upload them to a specific task within the app.
3. Data Storage and Third-Party Services
All data and images uploaded through CoreTask CMMS are stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including in the European Union and the United States.
4. Your Rights
As a user, you have the right to:
Access, update, or delete the information we have on you.
Withdraw consent for camera or storage access at any time through your device settings.
Request a copy of your personal data.
5. Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data through controlled server environments and safeguards.
